Не могли бы вы отозваться на это сообщение их
discuss на openoffice.org? 

Автор утверждает, что не мог воспроизвести на 1.1.beta
проблему с флагом "проверять во всех языках".
У меня она воспроизводится на этой версии так же,
как и на всех предыдущих.

Единственное, что надо поправить в нижеследующем 
тексте -- это заменить кракозябры (греческие слова) 
на какие-либо русские (автору было легче 
экспериментировать с греческим, чем с русским, а 
разницы в данном случае никакой, т.к. это тоже
8-битная система письма).

Yes, you are right your dictionary.lst file is correct.

Are by any chance using a Russian or otherwise locallized build and not
 the standard en_US build?

Let's start by testing the very very basic functionality...
so please have people who are experiencing this please try the latest
standard official en_US build of OOo 1.1beta or OOo 1.0.2 (after a
 clean install) and simply tell them NOT to touch anything and then to
 type

This line of texxt ????? ??????

And then invoke spellchecking.  Please tell them not to touch
Tools->Options->LanguageSettings... in any way.

The default en_US spellcheccking should flag "texxt" and "?????" and
"??????" as all incorrect.

Once we have verified that, at least we will no that basic spell
 checking does work and we can move forward from there.
