Кому актуально голосуйте. Только голосование ускорит исправление.
1. http://www.openoffice.org/project/www/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=13199
   Неправильный формат русской даты и все проблемы из этого вытекающие
2. http://www.openoffice.org/project/www/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=14013
   Сохранение азиатского форматирования, при импорте/экспорте в Word
   даже при отключенном "Asian languages support".
   И потери (не сохранение) форматирования в данном случае.
