the plan is to publish SRC680_m13 in the week of November 3rd to 8th.

next snapshot will take place in two weeks.

this snapshot targets some qa folks, for this reason there will be no 
source and solver tarball.

the date for the next deveoper build including source and solver still 
have to be cooridinated.
