With the upcoming integration of the CWS "mergebuild" two major changes
will happen to the build environment and the resource system.

- merge-on-the-fly: Source files will no longer contain translations
directly. Only the two source languages (english US and german) will
reside in the source files while all other translation get merged in the
build process.

- ISO-codes: Language specification in the build environment and the
resource system will use RFC3066 like codes.
