Summary:

ISO 14755 use Ctrl+Shift+hex-digit to input unicode.
for example: Ctrl+Shift+c is used to mark all emails in a folder as "read", but
you can not use it with mozilla+gtk2, because gtk2 implemented ISO 14755 input
method.

Patch:

Mailnews Patch v1

This patch does the following:

- Changes select thread from Ctrl+Shift+A to Alt+Shift+A on Unix platforms.
- Changes mark all read from Ctrl+Shift+C to Ctrl+Shift+M on all platforms.
- Changes search messages from Ctrl+Shift+F to Ctrl+Shift+S on all platforms.
